Your efforts to help reduce our workers’ compensation costs through the CtdMAP program have been a great benefit to our company. We started in February 2000 and have completed over 1000 individuals and 300 jobs. Our company’s risk prevention program continues to improve as we roll out the program to additional areas and departments.

Although we are a large company and cover several states, the CtdMAP program reports have made management easy and efficient. These reports contain specific suggestions for intervention, next step options and activities pending. Acceptance of the program by staff and employees has been excellent because of the user-friendly approach of the CtdMAP program.

We feel confident that the successful intervention and prevention to date has resulted in a reduction in our OSHA 200 incidence rate, severity index and lost-work time index. The reduction of CTD’s and their accompanying medical costs and lost time days has saved our company substantial dollars each year.

The CtdMAP has become an integral part of our overall health and safety risk management strategy. In short, your program has helped us maintain our premium location at the top of the energy suppliers in the United States.
